Your first visit, step by step

Plan on about an hour.

  1. Step 1: Request a visit

Use the form or call us. Tell us a day that suits you and whether you'd like a call, a text or an email back.

  2. Step 2: We check your plan

If you have dental insurance, our front desk checks your benefits and tells you what your plan says it covers before you come in.

  3. Step 3: Fill in your forms

Your health history and consent forms are in the practice's own secure portal, not on this website. Paper forms are at the front desk if you prefer.

  4. Step 4: Meet your dentist

Your dentist examines your teeth and gums, takes X-rays if they decide you need them, and tells you what they found.

  5. Step 5: Leave with a plan

For any treatment you get a written plan and estimate, and time to ask questions before you decide.

Fill in your new-patient forms

Your health history goes in the practice's secure portal, not in a message to us.

Before you come in

What do I bring to my first visit?

Your insurance card if you have one, a photo ID and a list of the medicines you take. If you have recent dental X-rays, bring them or ask your old office to send them.

Do I enter medical details on this website?

No. Our contact form asks for none. Your health history goes in the forms in the practice portal.

Can you get my records from my old dentist?

Yes. Give us your previous office's contact information and, with your written permission, we'll request your records before your first visit.

Can my children come the same day?

Yes. Our dentists see parents and children, so you can book back-to-back visits. Tell us who is coming when you request a visit.

Ready to book a first visit?

Tell us a good time and how to reach you. We'll take it from there.
